33cl can from Costa Rica, drank at my daughters in California on 31st March 2025, poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass. Fast fading white head on a slightly hazed amber body. Malty lager with a semi sweetness from the start, not a lot of hop action going on. Caramel flavours arrive as the beer warms. Surprised to find it in Punteranus while looking for local beers, but glad I came across this.

Can 33 cl. The GTIN takes me here, but on the label the beer is called ' Keler Donostia 1872' at 6% ABV. Pours a clear deep golden with a rich, creamy and lacing white head. Nose is sweet, bland cereals, not particularly malty. Kinda rich body, very sweet generic grainy and sticky - I bet this is loaded with adjuncts. Odd, rough bitterness but not really. Reaks macro swill all over. Hard to drink. 220124

Servida en vaso shaker. Color naranja dorado, espuma blanca de mediana retención. En nariz emite un tenue aroma dulzón de malta, cereal, ligero caramelo y algo de alcohol. En boca es muy fácil de beber, cuerpo ligero, pero posee cierta cremosidad en la textura, mayormente dulzona, el amargor es muy contenido, tiene notas de pan, malta, maíz dulce y un leve regustillo licoroso bastante agradable. No es extraordinaria, pero si disfrutable.
