473 ml can. Pours a murky amber with lots of carbonation but little head. Aromas of barnyard, kettle sour, and wheaty malts. Flavors of tart Granny Smith apples, lemons, a little bit of vegetables and plastic, and mor wheaty malts.

Bomber poured at Matt’s. Much thanks to Berko for the bottle. 2015. Darker golden orange pour with a thin swirling head. Some apple sauce, spice like aroma. Flavor is a nice, slightly spiced apple pie like flavor, soft cinnamon. Mixed sour fruit, but again, apple seems to.dominate, but nicely. Smooth and flavorful finish. This drinks really nice. Unique, and interesting beer here.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy amber color ale with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light oak notes and some light residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some light oak and funky flavour with no acidity and some light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice mix of complexity while retaining some good drinkability.

Hazy, light amber, no head. Lactic kettle sour nose with a blackberry accent. Has a yeasty, berryish taste with moderate sourness. Solid fruity sour.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with light notes of brett, light leather, and subtle citrus tartness. Flavour is very light, with gentle citrus notes, a little acidity, a touch of leather and only a hint of brett. It will be interesting to see how this matures in 6-12 months, as this doesn't seem fully developed. Still, a solid subtle sour.

Bottle - Sweet, maple like notes, berry and nice lacto tartness. Clear gold with a rich frothy white head. Sweet, funky and light tartness and a nice finish. Solid.
