Hazy orange and a lot of golden dark orange. Sticky head tobacco leaves nose of cotton candy. Piney oil and bitter bay leaves. Taste is very bitter. A bit rindy of old oranges and allspice. Bitter nutty with grape fruit. Sweet and tart finish. 3

Draught Huge, fine & dense off-white head over faintly veiled orange-amber beer; lots of lace. USA-mop variety Bretts dominating the nose (God, this is getting bl$$dy tiresome). Dirty linen, grainy spices. Very bitter-spicy, nearly pharmaceutical. Bretts and other wild yeasts are omnipresent, and giving just a hint at lambic. Medium bodied at best, high attenuation, slick , and a bit overcarbonated. Interesting - in all senses of the word...

Draft @ ML Fontainas.

Draft at Moeder Lambic. Pours hazy golden brown with a thick off white head. Aroma of weeds, grass, funk, toffee and fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, light acidic. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

25 cl. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Remember reading on the FB that this was dry-hopped with Cantillon lambic (absolutely no idea what that means either…) but cannot find that back. Pours a light copper amber with a big creamy white CML head. Nose is pretty big on hops, thinking of USA here, grapefruit, pine, very fruity surprisingly with some nice funk. Taste is nicely full of hops USA-style, bitter herbs, grapefruit, pine, followed by some malt body, interesting fuk once more , slightly fruity & herbal bitterness in the back. Body is fuller & malty. Pretty interesting brew, hoppy like an USA IIPA but more malty than usual with some interesting funk, neat brew
