Tap at the craft brasserie and grill.
Hazy yellow, big frothy white head. Thick yeasty wheat, mwith sticky green hops, and pine resin. Subtle clove and banana, with alot of pine. Solid mouth feel and carb. Finish is slightly more bitter than expected, but it is balanced well by the combo of slightly sweet wheat, and yeasty esters and the upfront pine resin hops. Great stuff.

Toronto 2015 trip +++ Sampled from a 473 ml can this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with an enormous fluffy orange-white head that towered over the glass, lingered forever and left exceptional lacing. The aroma was grassy, a bit herbal and citric and had a yeasty note. The flavor was citric, floral and almost minty with yeastiness and moderate bitterness. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

This hefe poured a cloudy Amber colour with a nice, big creamy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include grass, honey and a little citrus. First swig was a nice bout of hops with the malt flavours right behind. Grassy hop flavour most prominent. Finish was medium/high bitterness with grass flavour lingering.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow color weizen with a nice large foamy head with good retention. Aroma of banana ester with some dry citrusy hops notes is pretty enjoyable. Taste is a nice mix of banana ester with some dry citrusy hops. Body is slightly above average with good carbonation. Nice drinkable hoppenweisse with just enough complexity.

Very tangy for a hopfenweisse. Kind of like the citrus hops meshed with banana hefe elements to make a kind of tangy flavor. Pours orange with decent head. Tap at the Rhino.

Cloudy golden-amber colour with huge foamy warm cap, staying a while, delivering fluffy lace. Lots of citrus over the mild wheat in the nose. The taste has the hops this time, over the mild wheat. Wet mouthfeel with a little tart. 4 hops, 3 malts. You can feel the hops but the wheat is lacking a bit. Still, a decent Hopfenweisse. Looks like a homebrew.

500mL can, courtesy of wilco (thanks Mike), pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of banana upfront, with some cloves further back, no real notice of hops. Flavour is pretty bland, with banana and cloves in equal proportion, with maybe a subtle astringency from the hops on the finish. Pretty boring, but clean enough.

Can from the LCBO. Very cloudy orange gold with a big off white head that leaves some sparse lace. Nose is banana, cloves, yeast, wheat , along with some light citrus. Light sweet honey accompanied by a light citrus bitterness and some spice throughout. Touch of apricot tartness. Medium - mouth with soft carbonation.

A hazed amber hefeweizen with a thin white head. In aroma, , sweet banana malt with light citrus pulp, cloves, floral hops, very nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, fruity esters, cloves, pleasant. On tap at Get Well.
