473ml can from the lcbo. hazy yellow pour, and a medium to large white head. Solid hoppy aroma, with good pine aromas with some good malted wheat. The German aspects of a hefe are hard to find. It’s basically a hoppy wheat ale... Can’t say it’s very hefe like.

Pours a cloudy golden-yellow colour with an off-white head that is small, lasting a bit, but creating some nice creamy thing lacing. Citrus aromas with notes of oranges and lemon with hints of bananas, nice sweet yeast. The taste starts with the wheat banana notes, to go into the citrus and then show some decent hop bitterness. Hints of spices. Quite a nice, easy-drinking, mildly-hoppy Hefeweizen.

Crafty beer packaging fooled but poured a cloudy gold in the glass. Mild hoppy nose with a light body. The taste is hops, baking soda and cardboard. Kind of a macro attempt at a hoppy Weizen but without enough or Weizen character. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from LCBO. Cloudy golden body with a medium white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, banana bread and hay. Flavour of orange pith, grain and apricot. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Juicy and grainy.

Draft - Sweet banana, touch of citrus and hard candy. Play cloudy yellow with a small white head. Banana, citrus and light hops flavours. Not bad.

Can: Poured a pale yellow color weizen with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry floral hoppy notes with light sweet wheat malt notes also noticeable. Taste is also a good mix between some dry hoppy notes with light residual sugar from the wheat malt base. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well attenuated and really good balance overall but maybe a little bit too clean.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy pale yellow with a one finger white head that recedes slowly. Nose is banana and wheat with cloves and yeast and a slight citrus background. Lightly sweet fruitiness with an equally light bitterness and a pervasive hint of spice. Slightly thin mouth with soft carbonation. This combination is more interesting than I thought it would be.
