Draught @ Borefts ’12. Clear amber to copper color. Dense off white head. Aroma’s: resin, tropical fruit (sour and somewhat sweet), hints of caramel. Flavor: medium sweet, light fruity sour. Medium body. Finishes with a medium bitterness. Quite nice.

Draft @ Borefts 2012. Darker amber with a creamy off-white head. Smell is very heavy on spices, sharp, clean, almost coriander direction, tad caramel malts and some citrus US hops. Bitter spices, almost edging to some kind of herbal directions, clean sharp dominate the field for me, rather odd, clean sharp, not sure how to specify but perhaps non-processed coriander seeds directions, caramel malts & citrus hops as well + orange peel and pine. On the easier side body wise - bit off an odd one, there is some saison-esque nature to this but it is a bit off the beaten track that is for sure. I dig it for what it is, that is for sure.

On tap at BBF’12, as 3x20 Supersaison. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of loads of citrus and grapefruity hops, sourish tropical fruits, zest, light Brett. Flavour is light sweet, floral, lemon, loads of bitter grapefruits, grapes, Bretty funk, huge hops, light sour/tart finish. Medium-bodied. Great stuff.

On draft at Borefts Bier Festival 2012,  Brouwerij de Molen, day one.  Clear dark amber pour with a thick white head. Spicy hop aroma. Notes of orange peel in the flavor. Bitter finish.

Draft at Borefts. Clear amber color, light beige head. Aroma of pine, orange peel. Taste is smooth bitter pine resin. Nice body. More like a DIPA than a saison.

On tap at borefts. Thin white head. Clear amber pour. Very refreshing. Very nice brew.

Draft at Borefts. Pours clear amber with a thick tan head. Aroma is floral, fruity, pine, yeast and caramel. Flavour is medium sweet an light to moderate bitter. Medium to full bodie with soft carbonation.

On tap at Bishops Arms, Folkungagatan, September 2012. A bit hazy amber with a small white head. The aroma was fruity with spices, pine, some yeast and notes of earth. The taste was rather dry with fruit, spices, some yeast, malt and "green" hops. Not excellent but an interesting one.

Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours slightly hazy deep reddish golden with a frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is tiny sweet, herbal, fruity and slightly earthy with grape juice, crackers, plums, lemon zest, wood, bread, lemon balm, cilantro, cloves, dry soil, peaches, pineapple, passion fruit and hints of red wine. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, fruity and herbal with bread, white pepper, grape juice, plums, lime leaves, cilantro, wood, orane zest, lemon zest, dry soil, lemon drops, apricots, passion fruit and hints of grass. Mouthfeel is tiny dry, slightly tart, slightly round and medium bodied. Finish is bitter, tart, fruity and spicy with grapefruit juice, grape juice, apricots, dry soil, plums, cloves, pineapple and wood. Quite nice!

Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Hazy copperr/amber, small head. Rich aroma of tropical fruits, red berries and marzipan. Mid dry with medium body. Stayying elegeant and complex. Growing herbal bitterness. Balanced and tasty.
