Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a cloudy yellow, with a large white head. Aroma is tart, and savoury with an up front briny aroma. The tequila made the base beer very savoury, almost kosher pickle like. It's earthy, but there are hints of lemon zest and mint. The barrel really dominated here and made an odd beer. I think the base beer was too delicate for this application.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden hue with a small to medium lively white head. A big funky lemon nose. Husky and grainy base, sour lemon, woody round tequila base. Very smooth. Solid.

Nice stormy bubbles in a medium yellow body and huge solid foam on top. Smells of wood funk, hay, soft grass. Flavour is plenty of citrus with more wood funk hints. Finish is refreshing, just the right balance of juiciness. Very nice, very well done and the low alcohol doesn't detract.

Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color ale with a large slightly off-white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light Tequila barrel-aged notes. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes with some Tequila barrel-aged notes which provides a great amount of balance with the other flavours. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Lovely mix of flavours with great drinkability.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with lemony notes, light alcohol warmth, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light woody character, light lemony notes, light Brett, very nice. Bottle from Chad.

Bottle Pour at Foudres Unis. Very light gold with a thick white head and a lemon lime funky tart aroma. Medium bodied but damn good with tart oaky tangy lemon tequila flavors. Light enough bodied but damn good stuff and probably one of the better BA Tequila beers I've had. 3.8

On draft during 4W tap takeover at BoxCar with Ash. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sour, fermented fruits, some oak. Taste is pretty the same with agave notes. Good stuff.

Bottle from Firefly. Cloudy, and the big head dies quickly. Pale, maybe a touch darker than the regular Berliner. The aroma is fairly strong barrel, though I wouldn’t necessarily peg it as tequila, and the lactic berliner is fairly prominent as well. It has a full lactic tartness, with a touch of woody barrel notes. I’m not sure the barrel really adds anything here, though.
