Bottle: Poured a deep amber/orangey color ale with a big foamy head with some good retention and lacing. Aroma of Belgian malt with some light spices. Taste is somewhat bland with some semi-sweet Belgian malt with some light spices and a subtle yeasty finish. Body is fuller then average with some great carbonation. Overall, I thought this was OK for an amber ale but definitely lacking some complexity for me to come back to this one again.

Aroma of spicey yeast and stone fruit. With something else, perhaps floral hop. Dark golden amber color with a frothy white head that really persists. It sticks to the glass so strongly that it arguably laces. Thin to medium body. Very mild carbonation. The flavor is fruit, stone, seeded, a bit of dark. However, there is a strong overarching flavor that is a melange of caramel malt, floral hop, confusing spice. Bready, peachy, things I don’t know the names for. The finish is fruity, but dry. There’s not a lot of bitter in the end, but just enough. There’s metallic or mint or something of that sort of taste, but not enough to interfere with the enjoyment. Complex it is. Very good.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a huge off-white head. Malty, cookie aroma with a bit of tartness. Malty flavor with backing dark fruit and light yeast. malt and yeast linger. Medium body. Easy drinking. Clean and well balanced, though needs more of something tomake a lasting impression.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, big huge creamy off-white head. Aroma is nutty and quite toffeeish with some hints of malts. Flavour is nuts, sweet malts and some yeasty hints. A rather pleasant and refreshing thing.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours an almost clear amber with a dense and lasting, off-white head leaving laces. Sweetish aroma of caramel and malt. Full body with a heavy malt sweetness and distinct caramel notes. A surprising bitterness ensures that this doesn’t get too cloying. 080207

Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a large yellow head. The aroma is tangy, bready and sweet with a hint of citrus underneath. The flavor is bready and bitter with a yeasty finish. Not nearly as good as the blonde

Pour is a amber with a frikking huge white head Aroma, once the head went down, was a nice mix of candy sugar and yeastyness. Flavor is sweet and doughy with some sugar, cloves and corriandier showing up. No alcohol burn and its pretty non-existant although its there. Pretty decent Belgian and only cost $2 a bottle.
