Nice cloudy lighter yellow with a bit of head. Soft smell of yeast and dough. Flavour is very mellow orange notes with lemon and just a faint mention of grain. Medium finish. Okay wait but grinding against its style.

Ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a very thin, fast-dying head, starting out at a single centimetre and dying away completely. Aroma of grass, light wheat, a touch of coriander seed, some curacao, a dose of fennel seed and a hint of pure honey. Light-bodied; Grassy flavour at first with wheat, coriander seed, fresh curacao and full oranges and a dose of funk near the end with the yeast coming through. Aftertaste shows more of a dry flavour than anything else with some grain, coriander seed freshness and a hint of honey sweetness and perhaps some peaches and apricots in the mix as well. Overall, a very easy-drinking wheat that borders on being a witbier (I know the front of the can says so, but that doesn't mean anything) and is more like a Wheat Ale. Decent to try and nice on a warm day, but probably not worth the space in your suitcase across the whole of Canada and the USA, should you making the decision. I sampled this pint sized, 473 mL can purchased from the Steamworks Liqour Store in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on 08-June-2015 for CA$4,15 sampled at home on one of [hopefully] the last warm days this year in Washington on 24-September-2017.

On tap. Pours a hazy amber with moderate head. Aromas of dry coriander and wheat malts. Flavors follow same though tired and muted. Throw in a bit of lemon and pepper to call it a wit. Ok.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy darker shade of blond. Sugar and yeast aroma. Paper corn and wheat flavor, with very low bitterness and low character, and no presence of the promised ingredients; sweetish, but with a feeling of sweetener.
Not exciting.

On tap at Yellow Dog, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of soft pillowy wheat and a touch of citrus. Flavour is much the same, with soft wheat that dominates. Nothing extraordinary here, but well-constructed. Nice soft pillowy mouthfeel. Good stuff.
