Our flagship beer is also one of the first Pacific IPAs ever produced. In search of a unique style that does not refer to either the English or the US schools, we have developed an innovative blend of hops from Japan, Australia, New Zealand and America. The result is an explosion of tropical scents ranging from coconut milk to mango, enriched with notes of apricot and citrus.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus, orange marmalade, toasted grain, tropical fruit, lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, fizzy carbonation. Fruity taste โ€” orange, lemon, bitter citrus. And kind of a sweet taffy flavor in the background. Fizzy carbonation is right in synch with the balanced bitter/sweet fruit flavors. Exotic and quite enjoyable.

Draught at Ottakringer Braukulturwochen, Vienna.
Amber-orange, hazy body, with a quite small, creamy, moderately lacing, white head.
Aroma of grapefruit, resin, pine, pale grapes, orange zest, biscuit, candy.
Tastes of grapefruit zest, grapefruit juice, orange zest, pineapple, pale grapes, resin, some pine, biscuit.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, dry, zesty, fruity, a bit vinous, a bit piney, a bit resinous.

Really tasty! A very fresh and clean IPA, with determined grapefruit notes and lovely grape aromas. Unique and characterful, with a great balance between the hops and the malts.

Courtesy of and shared with Hrabren, thanks! Golden-orange misty body, slightly off white head, small, low retention. Lovely, fresh hopiness in the sweetish aroma, strong orange and herbal notes, vaguely spicy. Superb usage of Sorachi Ace! Ah, yeah... more of the same in the taste, fruity bubblegum, canโ€™t nail the fruit though, good, soft malty background, solid, herbal bitterness. Really well crafted. The bitterness just grows and grows, and ends up later on just slightly off balance, though itโ€™s more or less spot on for the majority of the experience. Itโ€™s not a terribly complex beer, but itโ€™s trick or two it does perfectly. And Iโ€™m growing to really love this hop!

12oz bottle at IL Santo Bevitore pours a murky orange with some ringing white head. Nose has a lot of pith, quite herbal too, soap, some resin, some honey. Flavor is well balanced, blends citrus and malt, honey, orange, tangerine, pine resin, soap, mild grass. Full bodied but dry too. Opened up well in the glass.
