The beer starts much more watery than No. 1. Grainy here, not so smooth with a very dry but not fruity aftertaste. Watery with a soft fragile yeast, neutral and not so deep.

0.33 l bottle from 'Biervana', best before December 2019. Hazy, dark orangeish amber with a massive, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of banana, clove, pear and a touch of vanilla. Gently sweet, malty, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of banana, clove, honey, some pear and a touch of vanilla, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tart, gently dry, rather yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Solid Weizenbock with unfortunately way too much carbonation. Don't know if a get anything of the Kveik yeast to be honest.

Zu starke Karbonisierung. Hefig herber, kräutrig bananiger Beginn. Trockene Herbe, die Bananigkeit nimmt etwas ab. Geht so.. 10/7/8/7/8/8

330 ml. bottle. Thanks to SinH4. Darker banana amber, lively off-white head. Nose is massive overripe sugary banana goodness, low fluffy doughy pastry and banana yeast. Lively carbonation. Taste is huge sugary overripe banana, dash of candy, massive bubble-gum, great carbonation, sugar, great bubble-gum almost desert-like beer due to the bubble-gum and pasty, nothing cloying here nor anything reminiscent of kveik, straightforward but very tasty. Liked it more than #1.

Bottle. Wheat bock banana nose with clay and almonds. Cloudy amber, low offwhite head. Medium to full dry, foamy, and light minerally body. Good broad fruitiness. Nutty dry mouthfeel towards the finish.

Red gold, huge fine head. Nose is sour almost-cherry, wild yeast aroma. Great smooth high-carbo mouthfeel with the banana wheat tickle on the tongue, really good one.

Fresh bottle, many thanks to Max! Hazy amber color with large white foam. So this was apparently fermented with Saison yeast & Kveik, and has a decent amount of cara in the malt bill. Aroma is very distinct, I would say almost farty, but in a fun way, rosepedals, dried bananas, a touch bubblegum, caramel. Taste is farty, flowery, red apples, some other fruits, esters, some peppery yeasts in the back. Soft but sparkling carbonation. This certainly is more special and distinct than #1, but I wouldn't say it's the better beer. Bonus points for character.
