2 February 2019. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to tderoeck, 77ships, Jerre, Kevin & Anke! Clear yellow with a lasting, small, frothy, white head; little lacing. Aroma of nectarine, yellow peach, passionfruit, papaya, physalis, carambola, yoghurt. Taste is medium fruity sweet, pure ripe nectarine & peach mixed into yoghurt, a bit tropical with notes of passionfruit & papaya; light to medium hoppy bitter middle, restrained, a bit grassy, some grapefruit peel & mango. Dryish, floral, bit piney hoppy ifnish, lingering tropical fruit, dough & yoghurt, subtle dash of warming white rum-like alcohol. Medium body, slick/fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Nice, very smooth; I'm not a fan of 'brut' beers but that's moderate here. Easily one of the best beers at the festival (which is actually not saying something, but this one still stands).

Thanks for sharing tderoeck + Rubin77! Sampled draft @ Bierfestival Brugge 2019. Golden, uneven white bubbles. Nose is sweetish citrus hop, yoghurt in a bit, Brut yoghurt feel. Taste is citrus, esoteric oil, interesting, yoghurt, messy, bit boozy, once you know it is there the booze show itself as Rum, citrus, mango. Lacks some carbonation, making it a bit watery but overall interesting & pleasant.

Clear blond beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, bit adhesive. Aroma: oh yes, lovely, lots of tropical fruits, passion fruit, citrus notes, slightly cheesy touch, bit malty, floral notes, pineapple. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus up front, soft acidity, nice bitterness, grapefruit, passion fruit. Aftertaste: bitter, very fruity, bit malty, more grapefruit, citrus, some tropical fruits, good stuff.

F: big, white, good retention. C: gold, light hazy. A: mango, pineapple, passion fruits, orange juicy. T: solid malty base, passion fruits, tangerine, orange, mango, pineapple, bit rum, nice fruity bit more on the sweet side, medium to full body, medium carbonation, nice one, tasting glass from tap @ brewery.

Draught. Orange gold with a large head. Aroma of pine hop. Flavour is sticky fruit, sharp bitter orange, spicy pepper base, lingering long bitter finish.

31/01/2019 - tastng glass @BBP Taproom Brussels. Hazy dark golden, medium white heatd. Nose is fruits, bit booze. Taste is tropical fruits, spices like the regular version but more hidden by the rum I suppose, bit sweetness and booze from the rum, malty touch. Nice
