3rd Feb 2019, on a tasting tray at the Bourgogne des Flanders Brewery Bar in Brugge. My second visit to the place, was pleased to see the tap list had changed (a little) from my first time there. Anyway a 12cl glass; Light haze to the golden body, white crown on top. Wheat aroma and taste with some yeast notes, mini spice traces and a touch of citrusy fruits. Decent.

3 February 2019. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke & Pieter! Clear pale golden with a lasting, foamy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of wheat, coriander, lemon peel, white bread, clove, curaçao perhaps, orange, yeast, white pepper. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of orange & yellow apple, and light wheaty sour, some lemon peel; light spicy bitter core with coriander, curaçao, but the sweetish bready & fruity character persists. Dryish, faintly grassy hoppy finish, wheaty, lingering orange, honey & bread. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Actually not that bad for an 'experimental' Wheat Ale, it only feels a bit cloying & sweet even though it's not apparent on the palate. And indeed, where's the alcohol?

Thanks for sharing tderoeck + Rubin77! Sampled draft @ Bierfestival Brugge 2019. Golden, clear somehow, white bubbles for a head. Nose is rotting mouldy soggy spoiled wheat & chemical. Taste is white sugar, yeast, metallic, soap, spoiled yeast, cleaning products,… Watery & thin, quite bad and hard to believe this is 8 % ABV.

Clear gold blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, cloves, some banana peel, bit dirty, grains, bit acidic impression, spoiled grains. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet start, lots of banana, sugary, yeast, bit spicy, orange peel. Aftertaste: more dried orange peel, bit sweet, soft acidity, bit watery, very mediocre.
