Bottle from Liquor Depot Edmonton. Clear dark copper under a small lingering off white head leaving tight lace. Nose has some caramel with lots of pine, grass, and some floral notes. Light sweet malts support a medium+ pine bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. 8/4/7+/3 /15

650ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange-copper with a large, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of bready malt, caramel, blood orange, grapefruit, muddled tropical fruit and pine needles. Sweet fruity flavour of bready malt, caramel, mango, papaya, grapefruit, tangerine, blood orange and pine resin in a dry, bitter hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Very malty and has some dankness to it. Decent.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with light bitter notes is pleasant enough. Taste is dominated by citrusy hoppy notes with medium level of bitter notes and dry caramel malt notes with little residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Standard West Coast style IPA with quite the hops punch but maybe a tad too much bitterness for my taste.
