Pours clear blonde, medium-small white head. Scent is oaky, brett, lactic acid. full, grainy, mild wheat. Very lambic like indeed. Taste is full, tart, very oaky, lactic, brett. Definately complex, only giving away it's AMLAM by the high acidity and fairly lactic profile. That being said, it's one of the better ones for sure !

Small white rim; clear, mildly carbonated golden beer. Peach, lactic acid, white grapes, floral & young green vegetables. Quite sour, with a very nice vinous ending. Lactic acid. The wine lagering is very obvious. Very sharp-tart, almost spritzy carbonation. Very nice, if a bit agressiver sour - but certainly not too acidic.

375 ml. green bottle. Clearly a geuze inspired blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old sours from Side Project. Pours lovely bright apple golden. You can hear the high carbonation, bubbles rising visibly very quickly and the head fizzes away. Nose is nice dried old orange peel, low cellar, lemon, nice faintly dirty and touch bright lemon funk, very low medicinal funk, far more old orange but it actually approaches lambiek funk, bright, crisp, very faint cellar. Good lively carbonation. Very tasty lemon, bright and round with Asian pear, incredibly drinkable, superbly fruity lovely funk, lemon (low esp. by USA standards), pear, orange, mandarin, tangerine, white grape, sourness is actually quite low just a small touch helping, carbonation is lively but not sharp, massively juicy. Kind of everything about this beer works. Top tier USA sour in my opinion.

(375ml bottle @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, Dec 16/17) Pours lightly hazy deep gold with a small white head. Aroma is a bright and fruity combination of apricot and peach, mixed citrus peels, lemon, floral notes, fresh hay, white wine, light to moderate barnyard funk, moderately tart. Flavour is similarly bright, fruity and surprisingly juicy, quenching apricot, peach, lemon and tart orange with soft cereal grains at the core, hay, light fresh flowers, soft barnyard, balanced oak, lightly to moderately tart. Finish is dry, some white wine, fruit skins, more hay, softly tannic oak, lingering juicy citrus, long aftertaste. Medium bodied, oily texture with moderate effervescent carbonation. Just beautiful, a lot less sour than I feared, not really gueuze-like but showing a similarly deft blending hand that puts everything in balance. Wish SP made more things with this lower acidity.

Bottle shared by wickedestman, many thanks! Unclear yellow with a quick, white fizz. Tart green apples, grapes, oak and lemon zest. Very tart but not puckering. Short, tart finish.
