Cytrusowe, dość kwaśne, łodygowe. Barwa złota, mętne, piana znika do zera, brak lacingu. Goryczka zaznaczona, łodygowo-cytrusowa. Jest wytrawne, jest goryczka, jest dość kwaśne. To co obiecuje to daje ale bez żadnych fajerwerków. Jest ok.

On tap @ Sorsajt. Pale yellow and white head. The IPA notes slightly detectable under the overwhelming sourness. Found it drinkable enough even though sour beers are not my cup of tea.

Bottle from hops beer bar, Budapest. Aroma is lemon, herbal notes, berries, lime, wheaty malt, soft lactic notes, some dry hopping. Flavour is sourish and a bit sweey. Body is medium. Okay Sour but far from spectacular.

From tap @ Keleti Waiting Room in Budapest, Hungary. Head is big, white, average retention. Colour is gold, light hazy. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, light sour fruity. Taste is medium malty base, light sour fruity, orange, grapes, bit tropical fruits, bit puckering, decent bitterness, soft carbonation, very good, enjoyed for sure.

Unser Einstiegsbier für einen ganz besonderen Verkostungsabend. Erst einmal besonders, weil die Verkostung im Anschluss an die Taufe unseres Kindes stattfindet und zweitens weil sie zwischen den künftigen bestplatzierten österreichischen ratebeer-Verkostern stattfindet (zumindest nach meiner Auslegung). Das Bier ist auch ganz und gar unüblich: ein Hybrid zwischen IPA und Sauerbier. Und demensprechend kann man es sich ordentlich sauer (schon in Richtung Fanta) vorstellen, wobei es gleichzeitig eine IPA-typische Hopfigkeit durchschlägt. Durchaus nett, aber nochmals brauche ich es nicht.

Trübe gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Säuerlich malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich säuerlich, fruchtig, malzig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit und deutlicher Säuerlichkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

0,2 litre, On tap at Kolbizz, Budapest. Cloudy pale yellow with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, sour, lactose, Fruity. Some sweetness.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.
