Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. Unclear pale golden body with a white head. Mild aroma of pale malt, wheat, basil, herbs and pepper. Flavor is quite smooth, mild and herbal with basil and pepper dominating. Quite a balanced and pleasant combination.

hazy yellow colour, medium sized dense off-white head; aroma and taste of intensive basil, green herbs, grassy and some wheaty notes; quite strange - like a pesto-beer, but somehow still enjoyable
10-04-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. Paler yellow. Aroma of fresh basil, wit body with light orange peel. Easy drinking. A mild bitterness as well.
33cl bottle. A clear yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of bergamotte, lime, wheat malt, basil. Taste of basil, wheat malt, bergamotte, yeast.

Weicher, hell malziger Beginn. Moderat herb, angenehm nach Basilikum, spritzig, deutlich ansteigende Bitterkeit, süffig, gut. Lang anhaltender Abgang, natürliches Basilikum. Gut! 9/10/11/10/9/10

330 ml. bottle split by 2 and drank from the bottle - purchased @ The Pie Shop in Zürich. Very nice carbonation. Basil taste is wonderfully integrated into this and runs through it, very clear but still not too much, fluffy wheat and lively carbonation, herbs. Really enjoyed it.

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2016-2, thanks to Anstei] @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is pesto and basil. Weird and not horrible, but in a beer...? Not my thing. It also tastes like pesto and basil. I don’t like it, but it’s drinkable. A full bottle would be tough though.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy very pale yellow colour with a small to medium sized white head. Smells soup, pesto, basil. Tastes weird, herbs, basil. Medium body, slightly fizzy carbo.
