On tuesday night, arriving a bit late at the restaurant, after a pizza at the Brunello. I really appreciate this beer, something different than the so fashionable world of the ipa. This one is really smooth, malty, a bit fruity, plum, cynammon, bitter, 27.10.24

Tap at Ayinger Bräustüberl. Murky mezzo mix. Malt, late summer, fresh. Full, a bit front heavy and a tad too young and green and sour, oily creamy, buttery, bubblegum, chewy. Good drinkability.

Sample at the Roost. Translucent burnt orange with some creamy white head. Nose is very sweet, some tomato and Quince off the top. Smells off. Caramel. Cheap booze. Flavor is sweet and boozy. Flabby. Heavy butterscotch. Feels like such a miss.

50cl bottle from Alko. Surprised to see I had not rated this one before.
Poured golden in color, white head.
Grainy, malty with a touch of fruity sweetness. Balanced and tasty Märzen.
