On tap at Romantik Hotel Markusturm and Turmbräu Brauerei, Tuesday 19th October 2021. Pours yellowy colour with a large creamy textured white head. Wheat in the mouth, soft moutheel, banana and clove flavours and aromas very subtle, nice little bite, some sweetness. Good.

Tap @ the brewery (Hotel Markusturm). Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich yeast, banana, wheat malt and hops. Nice sweet finish.

Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, big, unstable, frothy, white head. Aroma of wheat, white bread, honey, flowery hand soap, faint banana, apricot, apple, perhaps some soapy coriander. It tastes light to medium wheaty sour, and light spicy bitter, hint of coriander, slightly fruity sweet with accents of bread & yeast. Dryish, wheaty, grassy hoppy finish, lingering spices. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Fortunately, not an overly sweet industrial style Hefeweizen. Quenching; good home brew.

Cloudy pale golden color. Frothy white head. Excellent spicy nose of bananas, cloves and a touch of apples. The body is fairly carbonated, with big clove notes but a bit austere and fairly phenolic and perhaps a bit too dry. The phenols linger. It doesn’t make the beer unpleasant but distracts a bit.

Hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma had yeast and banana. Flavor had banana, yeast and wheat. Somewhat sweet. True to style and straight without flaws. Just not my thing.

Little cloudy yellow beer, big creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty spicy, some banana, very ripe ones, sweet, ice cream smell (is it vanilla?), bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity start, banana, peaches, spices, cloves, bit peppery, bitter herbal touch. Aftertaste: some citrus, bready, yeast, little sweet, banana peel.

Draft. Earthy sour lemon and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with nice head. Lightly sweet-tart lemon/orange flavor. Nice body. Unique - not very sweet - tasty.
