Bottle at a Tasting at Koelschtrinker's place. A clear reddish brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, red fruits, cinnamon, some ginger. Taste of raisins, dark reddish malt, caramel, red fruits.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle, bottled in February 2018. Clear, very dark reddish brown with a frothy, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of caramel, prunes, raisins, vanilla and traces of wood. Quite sweet, malty, slightly bitter, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of caramel, vanilla, honey, raisins, prunes and traces of oak, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly woody finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Bottle. Color: Dark copper, stable dense off-white head. Aroma: Dark fruit, Whiskey, yeast, banana, oak. Taste: Grain, dark dried fruit like prunes, dates. Whiskey notes, yeast, hints of banana, raisins, caramel and oak. Floral notes. Slightly boozy, especially at finish. Moderate sweet, light to moderate bitter, somewhat more bitter at finish. Slightly above medium body, average carbonation. Nice complexity. Good beer.

Bottle. (thanks Tom) Dark brownish/amber with amedium creamy tan head. Aroma of banana, caramel, some oak and malt. The body was full and the finish with some warming alcohol. A nice one.

0,75 l bottle - thank you so much Chris! Deep dark amber to brown colour, modertate sized beigeish head; aroma and taste of dried fruits, banana, cocoa powder, unripe apple, walnut and caramel notes, as well as some spicy alcohol; excellent one!

0.75l bottle thanks to Cristobal37. Dark brown body with a thin white head. Aroma of cocoa, banana, wood, caramel and cloves. Taste of toast, whiskey, banana, chocolate and caramel. Sweet and malty, the barrel doesn't overpower, only adds another layer to the aroma and taste profile. Awesome.

375 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with full bubbly head. Aromas of sugary dark fruit (figs & dark raisins), Chimay yeast, light oaky whiskey, rich tobacco, and a hint of perfume. Flavors of Chimay blue with subtle elements of green oak, whiskey essence, and this floral perfume. Incredibly complex. Just a little thin. But wow.
