Brewed with a similar malt grist to our Polly's collab DIPA, featuring a slight variant in the type of oats used, different fermentation profiles and of course different hop combinations. Dazed and Awake is dry hopped with Azzaca, El Dorado, Ekuanot and Mosaic, all towards the end of fermentation giving a plethora of white tropical fruit flavours such as lychee, guava, pear and a touch of clementine, all on a silky sweet body.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, over ripe fruits, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Odd flavor - not me.

Can. Very hazy gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts provide a modest sweetness. Savoury green hop, mild skunk segues smoothly in soft pine. The orangey lemon of Azacca stands out over a modest melange of citrus and tropical fruits from the other hops. Light finish. Nice. Good medley of hop characteristics.
