Brewed with a similar malt grist to our Polly's collab DIPA, featuring a slight variant in the type of oats used, different fermentation profiles and of course different hop combinations. Dazed and Awake is dry hopped with Azzaca, El Dorado, Ekuanot and Mosaic, all towards the end of fermentation giving a plethora of white tropical fruit flavours such as lychee, guava, pear and a touch of clementine, all on a silky sweet body.

440ml can shared with Rod @ T and C. Pours a misty murky gold, good white froth. Soft citrus stonefruit aroma. Pillowy smooth textures, fairly sweet but nicely balanced, with peachy guava notes. Low bitterness, good drinkability. Nice.

Can from Honest Brew. Milky golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of sugared orange and green tea. Flavour of grass, orange pith, lemon and yeast. Medium to full body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A touch too sweet perhaps, but another heavy hitting hoppy beer from this great brewery.
