On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen. An almost clear one, golden-orange in color, with no head or visible carbonation. The aroma has a faint woody touch, but it's mostly fresh apples. Lots of apple. Some grass and apple core hints. Funky hints too. It's full-bodied and sour, with a touch of tannins, and a pleasant vinous feeling. Fresh apple dominates the flavor too, some grassy hints and a vague vinegar note. Lasting finish. A very nice one indeed, tasteful, complex and more-ish. 190608

Golden colour with light haze and no head. Nice aroma with some wood and funk. Packed with fruit and really dry. Excellent balance.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a thin layer of white foam. Delicate and nice, clean apple aroma with apple core and some wood. Flavor has a nice balance between sweet apple and acidic apple, hint of wood and a funky touch, very delicate and balanced. Fine body and pleasant aftertaste. Almost extremely easy drinkable and still some subdue complexity. My kind of apple cider.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Pours moderately sparkling with a minimal white head that dies out instantly. Pleasant aroma of cider apples, tannins and oak. Very moderate carbonation in the mouth. Very dry flavour, too little apple flavour, lacks body. Still decent as an aperitif.
