Introducing Pedigree, or “P” as it was first known. Strange that looking back. Anyway, it has a fascinating aroma. Palate of biscuit malt, spicy hops and light fruitiness. It was renamed in a staff competition back in George Peard’s day. He was our head brewer back in the day. Cheers George!

Enjoy with darker meats, pork pies, sausage & mash, steak pie or Sunday roast.

A veritable classic, maybe not what it once was however. Amber/brown with a creamy white head. Fruity biscuit malt on the nose, smooth and creamy with that classic floral bitterness, fruity light malt with a sulphurous tang and a dry finish

Cask @ Red Rose Inn, Pembroke Dock. Hazy dark amber with a malty stewed fruitiness and a fair bitter finish.

First beer after getting released, drink with Bernd while the floating screed dries at our house addition. Nice bready biscuit nose. Flavor is nutty, earthy goodness; moderate body and foresty bitterness. Quite nice.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with very small white head. Clear aroma of malt, with estery and hoppy touches. Bitter and estery flavour with malty touches. Bitter and citric aftertaste with estery notes. Not bad as such but rather tame.
