330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoprosing, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy and minimally yeasty, funky aroma, notes of lemon, old lemon peel, some orange, a touch of white grapes. Taste is dry, citrusy and bitter hoppy, pale and caramel malty basis with cautious residual sweetness, notes of lemon, lemon peel, orange, woody hints of white grapes, minimally funky, yeasty overtones. Pretty good.

Hazy yellow colour with quick fading soapy head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of zesty, citrusy notes. Very refreshing and clean mouthfeel. Certainly dry but not overly bitter.

Bottle sourced from Honest Brew, shared at home - clear golden pour with a small white head. Tropical fruity with notes of grapefruit, some gooseberry, melon, light malty backing, medium body, hoppy drying finish.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty, grape, tropical and citrus fruits. Taste is a little sweet, vanilla like, then the vinous and yeasty qualities come through, citrus and tropical, dry finish, kind of saison-y. Medium body and moderate-fizzy carbonation.

Hazy gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Light malts, a little thin perhaps but that suits this IPA sub-style. Floral grape and a hard to pin down fruitiness. A mild savoury vibe. More of that floral grapey fruits on the crisp finish. Very nice. Another cracking Brut IPA.

33cl Bottle from Drinks&Gifts. Hazy deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of dry white wine, grapes, hint of melon, some citrus. Flavour is hoppy, grapes, Sauvignon Blanc, dry, some lemon, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Botella 33 Cl en Cimmeria 08.. 10. 2018. (r12). Lote L20180731 fcpref 07..2019. Color amarillento ámbar tostado con espuma blanca. Sabores frescos suaves cereales ligeramente cítricos y con toques de levaduras y vinos blancos. Ligeras maderas y especias. Cuerpo ligero a medio fino y no muy espumoso. Refrescante, buena.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of dry yeast, citrus, pineapple, mango, garlicy hop and malt. Taste has dry yeast ester, mango, pineapple, garlicy hop, orange, malt and lots of co2. Citra and mosaic is golden as always, but I could do without the yeast profile. Not a fan of brut ipa yet.
