Pours a hazy pale gold colour with a small diminishing white head. The aroma is fruity; citrus; and floral with some light malt notes. A light sweet taste, sweet pale malts, lemon and grapefruit flavours with a light citrusy bitterness.

Pale and peppery with a long bitter finish, it's a pale golden colour, with a frothy white head and a mild citrus aroma, the citrus continues into the taste with an edge of herbal pepperiness alongside, and a nice hoppy bitterness too, the mouthfeel having a slight oily texture to it

Handpull cask at the Station Hotel, Worksop. Light gold, clear with a tight white head. Light aroma of lime Pixy Stix, grapefruit peel, lemon balm. Tastes lovely with a primary sweetness making way for an intense hoppy bitterness in the finish. This bitterness claws at the tongue in the aftertaste. While Oakham may not quite be back to their halcyon days, this beer is a good sign that they are back on the right track.

Cask at the farmers boy st Albans. Clear bright pale golden coloured pour with a lasting creamy white head. Aroma is nice fresh grains, straw, sharp lemon, nice floral note. Flavour is semi crisp grains, straw, light earthy honey. Hops are fruity citrus, midget fem, floral and a assertive grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Palate is beautifully conditioned, light and refreshing. Lovely stuff. Wish I ordered a pint now.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden on 10th May 2015. Hazy gold with lasting shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Grassy hops and fine yeasts in aroma. Light hoppiness with a little fruit in-mouth. Fruity finish becomes bitter although peaking rather early. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
