On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Color giallo pallido, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso parecchio luppolo, note citriche ed erbacee, di cereali, leggere spezie. In bocca è delicata, equilibrata, croccante, con chiusura amara media. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

Draught Towering, utterly dense & fine white head over veiled orange beer, lacey. Wild yeasts, slightly oppressive, spices, other grains, laurel. Much softer, sweetish, almost neutral main taste. Faint hints at marzipan, frangipane, rosewater. Each new sip gives momentarily more outspoken spice, too fleetingly for identification. Light MF, if quite slick. Too demure.
