16oz can from Consumers Beverage. Golden pour, light cloudiness, skin of head. Hops come through in the aroma, followed by soft fruity notes. Taste starts hoppy, then fruity, and it goes back and forth from there. A little grapefruit spritz, bready malts, savory spice. Gentle, but complex.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly thin but with a decent fine crispness. Light and reasonably sweet malts. Hops bring light bright citrus but with a somewhat distracting tangy peel aspect. The hops don't get much of a chance to shine before they are reeled back in by something that makes you go - what's this? Light piney hop and a little spice and something emerging that tastes like a mutant Lemon tea. It's not a bad dipa by any means but the stellar Zagovar I had preceding this one is putting a microscope on its flaws.

Ridiculously hazy golden, orange and raw honey coloured body with a thick-ish, two to three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of oranges, mangoes, grass and herbal hop notes with some dry assertive malt along with a dash of pepper and floral notes that lead more to the hop bitterness than anything else, but some alcohol is still noticeable. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal notes up front that show a lot of hop bitterness with a good deal of mango, orange and grapefruit notes throughout, with a good balance of malt and noticeable alcohol, but the hops and fruit are by far the strongest. Aftertaste is robust, fairly deep, largely bitter and hop-filled with a lot of alpha acids, bunches of citrus and grapefruits with a light sweetness, but a good malt character and some robust floral and peppery dryness on the end - good and deep, but balanced. Overall, a nice beer for the style - it shows strength, but the characteristics are nice and about what you'd expect from a West Coast-brewed New England IPA! Great to try after visiting the brewbub (Little Italy) in San Diego just a week earlier. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from BeerTopia in Omaha, Nebraska on 23-January-2020 for US$4,99 sampled very fresh, just after visiting the brewpub in San Diego (Little Italy) earlier in the week, on 01-March-2020.

Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a hazy dull yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light citrus and some papaya with a touch of mango and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has bitter citrus, a touch of papaya and a touch of mango in the finish.

Brungul och grumlig med ett tjockt skum. Humlig, fruktig och lättdrucken. Alkoholen ger avslutningen lite bett. Helt ok, men det finns många liknade öl därute numera....som dessutom är billigare.
