Brewed with potato & spruce tips.

Potentially the beginning of a new style, this Potato Berliner Weisse contains the best of both worlds; Irish pragmatism and Swedish style.

330ml can. Pours hazy golden, thin white head dissipating quickly. Aroma is citrusy, a vague note of what may or may not be potato. Taste is also very citrusy, lemon, orange, tart, again just a hint of what might be potato, I don't get any spruce, finish is tart, light sour and lactic. Light-medium bodied, light-moderate carbonation. Perfectly fine Berliner but I don't get much of the additions.

330 ml. can. Yes! Potato & spruce, Berliner Weisse, I love it! Bright lemon golden, soapy white head. Nose is lemon, juicy lacto, juicy lemon, low pine / spruce touch. Fizzy. Lots of juicy lemon, basically a very big lacto, sour white grape, lemon, not getting much potato or spruce but a tasty juicy lemon kettlesour.

Can at Fierce. It pours cloudy golden with a small white head. The aroma is potato skins, crisps, tangy orange fanta, spruce and pine. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, good mouth - pucker, orange fanta, potato salad, brischer museli, sherbet, ripe mango, pine and spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Proper bonkers stuff, but it somehow works.
