150 ml. draft @ Foeders. Very dark brown going to black, very big creamy mocha head. Nose is grainy coffee, mocha, lots of hop actually some cheesy hop. Taste is lovely grainy roasted malts, grainy, burned toast, hugely hoppy finish, cheese, bitter,… Very grainy body,… Very much a black IPA of sort, dry, grainy bitter hoppy,… Way above average for BBP, nice.

Tap. Hazy dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, brown malts, chocolate, a touch veggies for me. Taste is sweet brown malts, chocolate, yeastcake, quite some residual sweetness. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. A bit muddled.

28/06/2018 - small tasting glass @ BBP Brussels. Hazy brown, nice light tanned creamy head. Nose has dark malts, caramel, some smoke, some fruits. Taste is first dark malts, caramel, than more grainy, fruity hops, bitter hops ending. Nice one, sure for the ABV. Glad I ended with this one.
