This IPA features a pale malt bill, a generous dose of oats and a massive dry hop of Mosaic, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin. Crisp body, moderate haze and big aroma. This aromatic and delicious beer is all about low bitterness and huge flavour, with notes of mandarin orange, white grape, and pine.
Note: The first custom labelled release of this beer incorporates a few recipe changes, including a switch to IPA from Pale Ale.

473ml can. Murky yellow, small white head. Aroma is vinous and citrus, mandarin, mango. Taste is tropical, mango, passionfruit, mandarin, grapefruit, vinous, grape, pine, good bittersweet balance. Medium bodied.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a glowing, hazy straw gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Mango, papaya and white grapefruit on the nose. Crisp and clean on the palate with a muted citrus note alongside some tropical fruit skin dryness. Drying finish that is not overpowering. Very nice.

Can. Hazy yellowish orange with a white head that settles to a fat coat. Refined hoppy aroma with white grapes, pink grapefruit, crackers. The taste follows initially but then is sharpened by pine needles and peppery bitterness. Good one.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, pineapple, peach, orange flesh, mango and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, oats, tangerine, white grape, nectarine, pineapple and light piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious and easy to drink.

Re-rate: poured from 473mL can (pkg Mar 16, 2022). Cloudy yellow with small white head. Tropical and citrus hops with a touch of chalk. Flavours are slightly subdued. Better on tap. Can from the LCBO. Cloudy pale golden orange with a large foamy white head that lingers and leaves tight lace. Nose has bright citrus, melon, grass, mango, stone fruit and flowers. Light fruity sweetness with a medium- citrus peel and grass bitterness. Mouth is medium+ and creamy with average carbonation. Excellent. 9/4/7+/4+/16

Hazy golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and some foamy lacing lines. Lemons zest aromas with some mild orange juices. The taste is quite light with citrus notes. Still feels like the APA they did with the same name. Well-brewed, but not the IPA I was expecting.
