Bottle. '2018 limited edition' release #01, batch #01, bottle #106. 75cl, 8.1% according to the label. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head, a lot of fizzy carbonation. Aroma: Malt, yeast, lightly sour. Taste: Combination of moderate to medium sweet and light tart notes. Malty. Fruity notes of stone fruit, apples, peach. Sweetish notes of sugar, honey, Some light yeasty and subtle Brett notes. Barrel comes in towards the end, slightly vinuous and wood. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice variation on traditional Belgian Blond, although it takes some time and patience to fully enjoy the complexity of this beer.

Sampled at Zythos Beer Festival 2018. Slightly hazy golden yellow color white head. Aroma has berries, stonefruit, tannins, white wine. Taste has huge tannins, fruit. Nice

28/04/2018 – 10cl glass shared with an international ratebeer crew @ZBF2018 Clear yellow, no head. Nose is malts, some yeast, fruits. Taste is fruity, banana, some peach, bit sweetness, dry ending.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with no head. Aroma is apricot, peach, dough, Belgian yeast. Taste is estery, dough, some straw. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Ok.

Sample at ZBF 2018, thanks Belgian RB table. Dorée, léger voile et col blanc fin. Arôme léger de barrique assez plaisant, effet Chardonnay, pointe de brett et fruité tirant sur le tropical et noble houblonné. Palais barrique, boisé modéré avec une petite touche surette mais contrebalancée par une petite douceur fruitée rappelant la pêche et abricot. Malté plus en retrait pour un côté classique de blonde.

F: almost no. C: deep gold, bit hazy. A: fruity, red berries, mellow fruity, bit herbal. T: fruity, bit herbal like dill, mellow fruity, bit peach, floral, medium body and carbonation, not bad, sample from bottle shared with Germany and BE RB crew @ ZBF 2018.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A clear pale golden beer. Aroma of mild tart yellow fruits, beet root. Taste of soft tart yellow fruits, yeast, grapes.

Thank you for sharing RB People! Sampled @ ZBF 2018. Pale golden. Nose is dirty sweet BE, spoiled yeast & plastic. Taste is spoiled sweet yoghurt, plastic, sugar & BE, yeast. Same for the body, not a success for me.

Clear golden blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: bit fruity, apples, acidic impression. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, dead yeast, rotting apples, pretty dirty, bit sourish. Aftertaste: dirty, dead yeast, very bad...
