Sample at ZBF 2018, thanks Belgian RB table.

Tap. Aroma is cucumber, cucumber water. Taste is cucumber, bread. Oily mouthfeel with slightly fizzy carbonation. Fun - could actually use some salt&pepper.

Thank you for sharing RB People! Sampled draft @ ZBF 2018. First time I have ever had a brewer ask me if I wanted to add salt or pepper into my beer and offering then actually salt & pepper. I opted out of it but in hindsight it would have improved this beer. Golden orange. Nose is 100 % cucumber, green leaves, green tomato & very watery. Very watery cucumber water, green leaves, no red tomato here maybe green but no read, far too watery cucumber water really but I sure as hell appreciated it for the originality & experience.

28/04/2018 – 10cl glass shared with an international ratebeer crew @ZBF2018. Hazy thick green, red, no head. Nose is mostly fresh, cucumber, low tomato. Taste has more tomato, cucumber more hidden, some bitter grassy notes. Definetly promising what it says, only the sour wasn't noticeable for me but stays a nice experiment. Maybe too strange to drink as such but could be interesting for foodpairing. Very nice experiment.
