Our very popular sour beer. We alternate the recipe on every batch with seasonal fruits and American hops. These additions give a creamy and tropical flavour to the brew. Very refreshing and tart!

Bottl shared in London - cheers! Pours hazy yellow with a creamy head. The nose holds citrusy tang, lemon, pale bread, wheat. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some plastic, hay, pale grains. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with more lemony tang, mellow acidity, grainy wheat. So so.

Bottle thanks to Danny. It pours hazy pale gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, lemon - lime, sherbet, sour candy, icing sugar and white bread. The aroma is crisp, dry, tart, lemon sherbet, Granny Smith apple, sour nectarine, plum with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Pretty refreshing.

On tap at Cellar 59, Lyme Regis, July 2016. Slightly hazy gold, with a billowy, white, head and slight fizz. Pleasant sour beer, with plenty of sharp pineapple and lemon fruit, light malts and tart finish. Enjoyable.

Cask at the "Southern Ale Adventure" Beer Festival at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough. A cloudy, pale straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; sour lemony aroma; zingy lemon taste to start, then moving to sweeter grapefruit; with a dry chalky finish. An enjoyable, fresh and zingy, citrusy sour ale.
