Nearly black, light beige head. Bitter choc and coffee aroma. Light bourbon notes. Similar flavour, but more roasted. Rather dry with woody notes. Sweet whiskey in the finish. A bit boozy and not entirely balanced but quite interesting.

Bottle, 7.9%. Fruity hop aroma. Black colour. Frothy light brown head. The flavour is jammy. Quite sweet. Nicely roasted and slightly vinous. The mouthfeel is a little thin, but it is a very flavourful beer. Fruity, piney and spicy hoppiness. Good combination.

(Thank you!) Sampled draft @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. Black. nose is herbal pralines, low boozy despite ABV, bourbon & some roast. Taste is bit too herbal for me, roast upfront but finish is bourbon, pralines, low umami, warming. Herbal roasted body. Not totally my thing but a nice & interesting one. Finish is very nice.

33cl bottle. Trade with Gnoff, thanks. Big fan of DT so had high hopes for this beer. Poured dark, near black with a thin off white head. Roasty, lots of coffee and milky notes. Some cocoa as well. Sweet milky notes in flavor, cocoa and coffee, some roastedness. Xant find much barrel notes though. Creamy smooth, delivers. Somewhat dry finish. Tasty.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av espresso, rostad malt, rågbröd, lakrits med toner av aska och ekfat. Stor sötma, rund och len, torr och en aning kärv, fina fylliga aromer, god beska. Gott!
