Bottle pour at Superstition DTPHX, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma is largely a function of the bourbon barrels, with subdued chilis, cinnamon and a touch of coffee. Flavour is intense, with big bourbon, cinnamon and coffee notes upfront, punctuated further back by chilis. The bourbon definitely adds a nice dimension to this. Good stuff.

Bottle shared by Andrew, thanks! Pours a clear deep amber with a brown hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma has a combination of coffee, cinnamon and honey with bourbon and chocolate backing. Flavor has sweet honey with light cinnamon, bourbon, light coffee and bourbon growing.

375ml bottle. Batch No. 2, Bottle 1064 from 1750. Dark reddish brown colour, a few bubbles on top and aroma of bourbon barrel, woody oak, caramel, honey. Taste is sweet, bourbon, molasses, caramel, butterscotch, honey, oak, chocolate, vanilla, coconut hints, boozy. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, boozy finish with lingering sweetness. Very sippable.
Amazing! Caramel/choc/cocoa/coffee/vanilla/toffee/bourbon/coconut/toasted oak/nuts/honey; lt molasses/licorice/cherry/raisin/herbal. Sweet/creamy/silky/velvety/full body. Min acid/tannin/drying. No cloying. Min warmth/no booze. Top tier stuff! Wow.
