Appearance: Off white tightly packed, lingering head. Extravagant lacing. Moderate carbonation. Gorgeous chestnut brown color.
Aroma: Great balance between malt & hop aromas. Noticeably distinct classic American hop aromas of citrus and red berries. Malt aromas of sweet caramel & chocolate, alongside a whiff of toasted bread.
Flavour: Upfront citrus from the hops, especially lemon & orange, followed by a wave of chocolate before a satisfying wave of hop bitterness to finish. Very satisfying. Notes of toast & coffee almost reminds me of a tropical Ethiopian coffee – while the more dominant citrus meets chocolate character of the beer is reminiscent of a lemon & chocolate tart.
Mouthfeel: Well rounded, moderate carbonation, smooth & medium bodied. No harshness & a well-balanced bitterness. Super drinkable.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Brown coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, caramel and hops in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, light nutty and touch of chocolate with notes of citrus hops in the finish. Smooth and quite good.

Can from Tramline Liquors on the way back from Mount Davis hike. Had with warm roasted dinner. Light cola brown pour - lighter than coke - with fine thin frothy head. Aroma is bright fizzy citric hops - not that strong but nice - and soft coffee malt. Taste is light sort of like a mild English black IPA, the coffee malt balances the citric hoppiness nicely. Really tasty for what it is - complex but smooth and easy drinking. Would get again - especially for HK$35.
