Big caramel nose with orange gummy bears. Malty, very estry, modestly hoppy. It’s ok.

Poured up on tap, at Champs at the DTW airport, where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up some nice citrus and a pineapple like note as well as a modest malty note in the background. The taste delivers modest citrus hop bitterness and some sweet citrus candy like juiciness. Nice. It glides like that right into the finish.

Crisp, slightly hazy golden coloured body with a touch of a copper glow and a nice, three centimetre tall white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops with some lemon and citrus along with a bit of tropical fruits. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy, perfumey and definitely tropical-fruit based hops with some good malt, a little earth and a touch of metal on the very end. Aftertaste shows a nice balance along with a slightly pungent and bitter finish predominantly from the hops, but also with some extra alcohol. Overall, a pretty good beer with nice flavours and a good layering of tastes. I sampled this sixteen ounce can purchased from Merchant’s in Dearborn, Michigan on 24-July-2015 for US$2,29 sampled at home in Washington on 01-April-2016.

16 oz can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin white head and aromas of grain dust. Flavor has some bitterness and a bit of light lemon to it, but is overwhelmingly grainy... Meh.

Poured from a can. Aroma is fairly hoppy with some nice citrus notes and stone fruit with lighter tropical fruit and resin. Some light cracker malt notes. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium sized, moderateky thick, white head that slowly recedes to the edges where it lingers. Medium lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with some nice cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness. Some nice hop notes of citrus with some pine resin and lighter stone and tropical fruits. A hint of alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice IPA with quite a bit of hop flavors and aroma. Light malt notes. Hop profile could be fruitier but its pretty nice.

This beer pours a clear copper-gold color with a medium bone white head that recedes steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, fruit and sweet malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of earthy hops, roast malt and pine. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
