Fat på Brewskival 2023. Från 2018. Svart/brunsvart med beige nätt krona. Doftar mängder av vaniljkex, choklad, vaniljkräm. Sött, kexigt, samtidigt rejält med fat, rostade toner. Lite kokos, vanilj, tjärpastill, lakritstoner. Tuffare i smak än doft.

(Bottle, vintage 2010, 13.0%) Black colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasted, vinous nose with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, sweet liquorice, vanilla, raisins and rich bourbon aromas. Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, coffee, liquorice, vanilla, wood, raisins, dates and a vinous finish with a balanced cacao bitterness and a rich, warming bourbon touch. Full body, quite sweet. Lots of chocolate, vanilla and bourbon. Quite well balanced for its strength (even if it shines through). Mellow and rounded, despite its power. This is seriously good stuff. Great beer!
