8/XI/18 - 33cl bottle from a trade, shared @ home, BB: 1stQ/V/19 - (2018-1649) Thanks to Bierridder_S for the trade!
Slightly cloudy blond beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, a bit fizzy, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity notes, some citrus, spicy touch, peppery, some sweet malts, caramel touch. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: nice bitterness, fruity touch, citrus and grapefruit notes, refreshing, bit yeasty, banana, peppery as well. Aftertaste: little watery, pretty quaffable, bit of citrus, slightly sweet, banana touch, pretty bitter, some pears, nice stuff!

Draught @ Brussels Beer Project, Paris. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, hay grass, citrus. Flavor is malt, yeast, saison yeast, light bread, hay, grassy, fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 181018

Bouteille 33cl de BBP, BB 05/2019. Dorée-orange, col blanc. Arôme offre de belles effluves bien belges avec un malté généreux pils et un malté-grains concassés qui donnent presque une petite pointe de fumé sous couvert de pointes d'effluves épicées et herbacées venant du houblon Crystal. Classique dans une approche DLS. Rétro presque de honey dew. Palais est sec, grains modéré, petite sécheresse levure note fraîche et verte herbacée. Retrouve une inspiration bien belge avec une belle part au malt pils.

Thanks to SinH4! 330 ml. bottle. Wow a Grisette made in Belgium – how American :) Golden citrus, small white head. Nose is raw barn hay, wheat, plastic BE esters, ester heavy & plastic heavy fizzy. High carbonation, lingering plastic, white pepper, straw, raw malt rustic, lively, very Belgian, hay, wild straw, pepper, interesting bit much for me but good.

Tap. Hazy golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is fresh yeast, citrus leaves, dough, estery, citrus peel. Taste is dough, earthy, leafy. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite full-bodied for a 5.2% Grisette, I like!

F: medium, white, average retention. C: pale gold, hazy. A: malty, orange, bit tropical fruits, spicy, grassy, bit yeasty. T: malty, very dry fruity on the palate, bit citrus, yeasty, spicy, orange peels, medium body and carbonation, refreshing, ok for the style, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from the brewery.

28/06/2018 - small tasting glass @BBP Brussels. Hazy light yellow, nice creamy white head. Nose is fresh hops, some spices, yeast. Taste is malts, some hops, bit fruit, spices, yeast.
