Bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours gold with a light mist, good white cap. Aroma sees white wine notes with gentle wild elements. Taste is impeccably crisp with good white wine integrated seamlessly with a complex wild character, gentle fruity citrus with a soft bretty bitterness. Very good.

Tap @ Uiltje Bar Haarlem. Golden colour with a small white head. Smells brett, horse, barnyard, slightly dusty. Has a bit of a medicinal bitterness in the taste. Somewhere between sour and bitter. A bit harsh and stingy to the throat. Thin body, nice carbo. Dry.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 21 Feb 2018) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with lasting white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of peaches, tropical fruit, pineapple, bread and a touch of stable. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, lemon peel, barnyard, mango, pineapple and a tart finish with a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty, but acidity is a bit sharp. Quite nice.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing beige head: The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, caramel, and lemons, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Clear golden pour with white head. Sour fruity with some vague citrus notes, rather astringent and acrid, light to medium body, very drying into the finish. Not getting this.
