Warm Summer evenings, cold crisp beers and some not so gentle banter about the cricket. What’s not to love about Australia? Our strong connection to Two Birds and their skills in the brewhouse got us really excited about this beer. We’ve gone for all Aussie hops, with Galaxy, Vic Secret, Ella and Australian Cascade creating a clean, refreshing Pale Ale. We were going to call this one sandpaper, but we thought it might be too soon.

From the big ole can - thanks to the very generous Mark! It pours hazy golden with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, creamy, quite bright, apricot, peach, tangerine. The taste is crisp, quite clean, soft, mellow bitterness, tangerine, satsuma, pithy, zesty and touch of citric acidity with a soft, fruity finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Nice tangerine character. Pleasant.

Tasting glass @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Clear golden, creamy white head. Nose is old school raw pine onion, West Coast,.. Taste is bit duller, pine old school, diesel hop, oily, basic oil. Could pop more but fair old school IPA.
