Deep purple with a tight, pale pink head. Dried fruit, earth, acidic, light berry, some horseblanket, oak. Medium mouth. Finish is dry, acidic and tart. Maybe a little too acidic? It seems to overpower the rest of the profile. Still, quite enjoyable.

Bottled (from KSM Kampus, Pori). Murky ambery red colour, minor head. Aroma is tart fruits, wooden and some herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is funk, some tart fruits, wood and mild herbal and some dark berries to it. Nicely balanced and dry as for the finish and aftertaste. Felt watery when cold, when it warmed up aroma got better and flavour more intense. (9 degree part of fridge is too cold).

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, as 3 Fonteinen Braambes Oogst 2020, n° 20 - 21, 5,5 % vol, 3,5 years after bottling. Pours hazy dirty red, with a tiny creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of dark berries, floral brett, farmhouse and leather, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic notes with hay, dark berries, bretty apples and funky farmhouse notes, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Semi dry finish.

Pours dark purple. Small to no head. Scent is fairly mild. Oaky, earthy fruityness. Pretty closed. Taste is sharp, fairly intense tartness. Fruity, less earthy than the aroma, bit spicy though. Sharp acidity.

Bottle. Blend 38, 18/19. Clear red. Barnyard, oak, citrus, cobwebs, sour, very light berries. Great.

Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, oak, sour dark berries, mild vinegar, grass, fruit stones, hay, old rope. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, berry skin, mild vinegar, oak, grass, hay, minerals, sour dark berries, fruit salt, sorrel, old rope.
