500ml bottle from trade courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Hazy golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of mucky, juicy apple. Taste is slightly sweetish, tangy apple, fruity, orchardy, tart, with mucky funk, some citric acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & sour finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Vinomondo, Conwy. Pours a misty gold. Aroma has pleasant farmhouse fruit, light sour. Taste is crisp, pure juice, yet a little thin and confidently dry. Good dry cider but i prefer i find myself yearning for a little more fruit.
