Bottle from LCB. Pours a clear gold with some temporary white foam. Aroma of dry apple juice, leather, light barnyard - has a decent freshness to it. Taste is semi-sweet fruity apple juice and skins, moderate tannins, somewhat dry and pithy. Light to medium bodied, slick and spritzy which work really well here. A very good session cider.

Bottle from Co-operative Supermarket, Salcombe. Clear light golden in colour. Dry in taste and aftertaste, but the apple in this one is stated and crisp enough drinking with a couple of ice-cubes in play.

Bladder bag or maybe tap on this one at the Stable, Bingoham - scoping ciders with the old man, 02/08/19. Clear golden with a thin cap of white bubbles that soon dissipate. Nose is crisp apple, grass, light farmy notes. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light dryness in the close. Ok.

Box @ Stable Cider Awards 2018, Birmingham. Wild funk aroma, pouring a generally clear yellow. Has a nice soft tannic presence on the tongue, with plenty of fleshy fruit and a pleasant natural sparkle. Good stuff.
