A contemporarily hopped extra pale beer co-fermented by Belgian saison and New England ale yeast.
Taste: Zesty citrus and stone fruit melts into a classic, dry rustic saison base with a fresh tingle of carbonation on the back to cleanse the palate. On the second sip hops come right to the front, with classic tastes of dry hop bio-transformation. Some biscuit malt joins later showcasing the saison strain, before being dominated by freshly cut pineapple. Whether co-fermentation or co-habitation, sometimes 1+1=3.

33cl Bottle from De Slijterij Borger. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of some butter, citrus, hint of melon, light zesty. Flavour of lemon, lemon peel, light butter, fruity, zesty, light spicy, decent bitterness. Light to medium bodied. A bit weird, but it grew on me.

Bottle shared. Hazy pale yellow color, huge sized rough white head. Smell and taste wheat, a bit sweetish, nice lightly hoppy note, typical saison flavor underneath. Well done. Pleasant beer.

330ml bottle - Pours a hazy yellow gold colour with a small tight foamy white head. Aroma is grainy and yeasty with some citrus hops notes. A sour dough bready taste with some earthy and spicy hop flavours and a moderate bitterness.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Floral, herbal, grassy and minimally grainy aroma, hints of chamomile, fresh hay, a touch of juniper and lemon peel. Taste is dry, herbal-spicy yeasty and herbal-grassy hoppy, hints of hay, a touch of lemon peel and juniper. Rather clean and easy drinkable.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Mother Kelly's Stokey. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Not bad overall, has some lemony tang to it, a bit of alcohol, white grape, sourdough bread, minimal yeast expression, pale grains, straw. Medium bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, some funky notes, more lightly tangy lemon, wheat flakes, golden raisins, mellow yeast. Interesting stuff. Pretty enjoyable

Batch 673. Interesting, a saison with NE-IPA influences. Light, tiny bit tart, some goat and a good dose of citrussy hops. Tad too much carbonation for me, but nothing terrible. Good bitterness, lemon, pineapple. Easy drinking, nicely refreshing.

Bottled 330ml.-from Pivoteka Zagreb. Hazy darker lemony yellow coloured, medium to big sized white head, mild spicy yeasty nose. Lively carbonation. Sweetish malty, yeasty, light fruity and mild spicy with dry bitterish finish. Soooo ordinary.

Bottled. Pale yellow-golden body, huge carbonation, big white head, medium retention. Huge aroma, modern hops mixing with phenolic & estery saison yeast touches, well, okay, I'm not being too innovative, but it's exactly what it should be. Say, quince and apple meet spicy touches, only you know that there sure as hell aren't any spices or fruits inside. Nice, nice citric-quincappley fruitiness, soft, a touch of rosemary and carbonation, and that's it. The New England yeast makes it end soft AF and not as dry, but actually seems to work. All in all, I like it!
