Cromwell's Tap House, Shrewsbury. 24th May 2024, Cider and Sausage Fest, shared half-pint from a box. Found this OK, at least it hasn't been tampered with and only apples have been used!

Badder blag at The Royston, Broadstairs, 08/10/22. Clear light golden blonde with little in the way of a head. Nose is mellow apple, tannins, straw, light farmyard waftings. Taste comprises apple core, tannins, light sugars, orchard wood, faint citric spike, apple skins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - pale yellow, almost clear. A touch of head only. Nose - very sweet apple or pears moreover. Taste - very sweet apple, Haribo sweets and light jelly fizz. Palate - light to medium bodied with quite a lot of residual sweetness and very low acid. Overall - too sweet and lacking in acidity for my palate.
