Bag in box at Nacht van de Grote Dorst. Hazy golden with a tiny white head. Funky aroma with hints of sulphur and a nice touch of oak. Mild flavour with a light funk, plenty of fruit, sweet grapes, and a touch of oak.

21/XI/17 - on tap @ Horeca Expo (Ghent) - BB: n/a (2017-1905) Thanks to the brewers for today's samples and my Ghent beer posse for sharing the glasses and keeping my liver sane. :p

Clear pale amber to blond beer, no head. Aroma: very complex, bit fruity, funky, wood notes, apples and pears. MF: no carbon, medium to light body, bit of an oily texture. Taste: pretty acidic, lemon peel, soft bitterness, lots of apple skin, green apples, fruity notes. Aftertaste: dry, soft acidity, little bitter.

Draft glass @ Beerlovers Bar. Hazy orange golden. It seems like everyone liked this one but me.it found it way too wattery for its own good which ruined the experiences, the funk was a bit ditch water, faint vegetable funk, oak & wine was there but behind the rest which heavily took it down, dunno watery & dirty funk. Low sour, maybe I was in a bad mood?

Tap at beerlovers bar. Pours mildly unclear blonde , decent white head with medium-high stability. Smell is sharp, tart, acidic typical oud beersel apple character. Bit more woody than the average lambiek by them , but not very recognizable on the wine. Taste is very refreshing, tart , mild acidic, tad dry, very hidden wine character , not sure if I would have recognized this blindly though. Very nice refreshing lambic.
