A glorious russet hued IPA with a distinctive aroma of lemon and cherry. The rich fruitiness of the palate zeros in on a long, concentrated bitterness.

500ml bottle from Woodfield Stores, Shrewsbury: BB Sep 19. Drank at home on 22nd May 19. Lovely red hue to the clear body (until I poured in the sediment), cloudy brown at the finish. Adding the sediment half-way through meant I had two beers for the price of one. The Belgian/Saison yeast really changed the taste once it joined the brew from the base of the bottle, giving a slight sour and bitterness not present at first, it complimented the original fruity flavours nicely.

Rocky light brown head stayed well on an effervescent dark copper coloured body. Malt & pith aroma. Medium bodied, highly carbonated over the tongue with an airy back & clean aft. Bitter pithy tastes of citrus, wood, rye, pine, berry & juniper. Decent quaffable stuff.
