25th Nov 2019, Shrewsbury monthly beer share in Chez Sophie. Cheers Mike. 750ml bottle (Release 01, 362 of 800), BB 30th June 2020. Clear pour, reddy brown, wispy head. Interesting brew, I always default to Rodenbach when drinking a beer in this style and try and compare. This was fine, semi-sour with cherry like notes in the aroma and taste, other fruits were also in the flavours, raspberry maybe?

Bottle courtesy of Geraint and Helen (cheers you two). Consumed at home Friday 25th January 2019. Lovely tart fruitness, oaky, wet wood, tangy, tart. This is very Flanders like and very reminiscent of a Rodenbach, love this. A8 A4 T8 P4 OV16 3.9

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - a lovely red to brown. Thin and attractive head. Nose - wood, tart red fruit, mainly redcurrants or raspberry. Taste - sour, funky and woody. Redcurrants and raspberries again. Palate - medium bodied but very tight and lean in texture. Long linger. Overall - lovely beer.

Keg @ IndyMan 2018. Pours a deep reddish brown, small off-white head. Vinous nose, some ripe red berry fruits. Taste is vinous, vinegary, red wine, red berry fruit.. interesting, but not really a typical flanders red.

Keg at IMBC 2018, session 1. Pours clear copper with almost no head. Sturdy, lots of tart berries, some vinegar, robust acidity. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Finishes with light boozy warmth, more tart berries, more acetic bite. Not bad.
